Airotech Environmental’s Ultra-Conic Cartridge Filter ® Vacuum Collectors are designed to meet the demanding requirements of various industrial or commercial applications. The housings are constructed of ASTM A36 rolled carbon steel plate to withstand operating pressures to –15”Hg as standard. The units feature automatic “Jet Pulse” cleaning action via a digital timer as standard. “On Demand”’ cleaning is available as an option.

All maintenance is performed from the outside of the unit. Filter installation and removal is accomplished without tools by the self positioning T-Bar ©locking mechanism. Vacuum generators are supplied to meet specified design requirements. The units can be configured as skid mounted package systems coupled with a vacuum generator or as a stand alone design. Vacuum piping and all accessories as well as complete design engineering and installation services are also available.
